To create a customized course, there are three phases:

Phase 1: Initial Documentation of the System.

We sit down with your technical staff and go through the steps an end-user would need to know to use the system. We carefully document steps, procedures and concepts that end-users need to know.

Phase 2: Creating Training Materials

Once we have gone through the system with your staff, we can then start creating training materials, including technical documentation, if required. At this point, we translate your technical staff's knowledge into your end-user's language so that even your non-technical staff can use and understand the system.

We can create training materials and technical documentation in a variety of formats including:

• PowerPoint presentations

Phase 3: Staff Training

We then hold training sessions, either locally at your offices or remotely over the internet using services like WebEx and GoToMeeting. We can also arrange conference room space as well.
